Self-Service Analytics Owner
Enable a global community of over 50,000 users to perform data preparation and data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and KNIME. Set the strategic roadmap for these capabilities and platforms by collaborating with internal stakeholders across the organization, refining the product vision, and supervising implementation of solutions.
Partner with vendors to define the best ways to apply each platform to Cargills diverse set of use cases. Provide guidance and tools to help users find the best build patterns using SSA tools. Oversee and plan strategic onboarding and migration of existing work between tools as our data architecture evolves.
Key Project:
Alteryx Migration - Reduced license spend by $1.7 million annually by migrating to other more cost effective tools. I developed the migration strategy, led the change management campaign, and supervised & managed budgets for a team of migration consultants.

Senior Self-Service Analytics Coach
Coach a community of 30,000+ users on analytics best practices, data supply chain, and how to present data to decision makers. Primarily support Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau while also coaching best practices on our full analytics stack from data ingestion to end user experience.
Key Project:
Global Data Challenge - Co-led the Global Data Challenge, a 6 month internal competition focused on teaching our community how to create value with data. I organized and developed content for business training, hands-on analytics tool training, and our final showcase event. We had 2,200 participants from over 20 countries who generated over 140 data product ideas.
Senior Transportation Analyst
Lead development of business analytics and self-service metric reporting for the North American region. Evaluate business needs and translate those needs into actionable KPIs, analytic projects, and data requests. Work with external and internal descriptive data to create prescriptive and predictive modeling. Communicate analytic insights across functional and business groups using data visualization, custom analytic applications, and other reporting methods to transform data from a collection of figures to easily understandable content.
Mentor and develop capability within the region on analytic tools and methods including Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Office, forecasting methodology, statistical analysis, and best practices for presenting analytic findings.

Brazil Truck Sourcing RFP - Worked on short-term assignment in São Paulo, Brazil teaching best practices and coaching our Latin American team on bid analysis during their first major truck RFP project.
